Met Kenny at an Open House she was hosting, as we were looking for a realtor to list our house.  She was extremely professional and easy to work with.  Met with her 2 days later, and she developed a marketing plan, including the changes we needed to make to our home for listing purposes.  We implemented the changes, she put together the description, showed us comps to price properly, and got it listed.  It was sold 1 day after listing, before the open house.  She still ran the Open House, and we received a backup offer from that day.
